The entire TH team was extremely communicative and concerned with meeting my design and scheduling expectations. As every build is custom, my experience wasn’t without some hiccups, but I think that is to be expected when creating something that has never been built before. They showed up with complete support, swiftness and positivity to address these challenges. They truly went the extra mile and continue to support my THOW journey. My home turned out beautifully, is light filled, off grid equipped and just what I asked for! You won’t be disappointed with your Tiny Heirloom home.

My experience with Tiny Heirloom was wonderful! They were prompt to respond to my initial inquiry and two weeks later, I was at their facility signing the construction papers. Everyone I encountered and worked with were beyond professional. I could not have asked for more. They helped guide me to make sure I had the best product that fit my needs. Delivery was extremely smooth and efficient. Even the following weeks after delivery, they helped me with all my questions as I became familiar with the home. I could not be happier with my decision to go with Tiny Heirloom. The craftsmanship of my tiny house is outstanding. You can see the care that goes into building a home. Together we created a home that was crafted to our unique specifications, completely off-grid and self-sustainable, and absolutely beautiful. The home was delivered from Portland, OR to our lot in Indiana 2.5 years ago, and the folks at TH still remain good friends to us and always available for insight and support. We are convinced that without their kindness, professionalism, skillfulness, and creative eye, we would still be searching for perfect builder for our project. I had such a wonderful experience working with Tiny Heirloom for my custom tiny home. What blew my mind was how accurately the design team created the storybook theme for my home. Everything they gave me examples of where exactly my taste! The whole process was smooth and easy. Having the use of the builder trend app was very helpful to check up on the building process and updates. I could sign off on things right from my phone. Everyone at Tiny Heirloom was so nice and sincere. The house still amazes me with how they where able to capture my ultimate dream home.

Tiny Heirloom helped us design and build our dream Tiny Home, they exceeded our expectations in craftsmanship and quality.It has everything we needed (and wanted) sleek modern design while staying cozy, solar panels, a full bathtub, a deck, office space, a HUGE window. It feels like they really wanted to spoil us with all our wants and they made it work. We couldn’t be happier, it is the perfect home for us. Built with A+ craftsmanship, attention to detail and most importantly: love.

I can’t believe they fit all of our must-haves into our design and floor plan! We felt Tiny Heirloom did the right amount of hand-holding with us and also giving us the freedom to go our own way in the design. This is the first time we’ve had to make design decisions for every detail from kitchen backsplash to flooring to fixtures galore. Felt overwhelming, but then Lindsey their awesome designer broke it up into manageable bits and had a calendar of due dates for our decisions. They gave us a 3-level tiny house with a rooftop deck! Cool I know! Best feature is the hideaway dual-staircase, it retracts in so as to not take up precious floor space. Tiny Heirloom was very innovative in their design. I feel they bent over backward for us and cared about our reasons for going Tiny. They were behind schedule on our build, but it was due to unforeseen delays from the TV Show production schedule. But we were fairly compensated for it and are now tiny-famous in our community 😉
